Obituary of Mary M. Dombroski

Mary M. "Ma" Dombroski Himrod: Mary M. "Ma" Dombroski, age 94, of Himrod, NY passed away on Friday August 26, 2016 in the comfort of her home, with family at her side. Friends and family are invited to calling hours from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 30) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where her funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday (Aug. 31) with Rev. Ron Woudenberg officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Mount Cemetery, Himrod. Memorial contributions may be made to Himrod Conservation Club, 770 Rice Hill Rd., Himrod, NY 14842. Mary was born June 4, 1922 in Rochester, NY, one of 12 children of Emery and Mary Yerick Conley. On June 22, 1940 in Rochester, she married Adolph L. Dombroski, who passed away after 71 years of marriage on Sept. 4, 2011. A devoted wife and mother "Ma" was a homemaker who loved all forms of needle craft, baking, canning, old western movies, and spending time with her children and all of their children and grandchildren. She is loved and will be missed by 3 sons David C. Dombroski of Dundee, Robert B. Dombroski of Aztec, NM, Kenneth H. (Juanita) Dombroski of Penn Yan; 3 daughters Jean D. Crouse of Palatka, FL, Shirley A. Morley of Edgewater, FL, Carol J. "Sue" (Robert) Brown of Penn Yan; 2 daughters in law, Barbara Dombroski of Tyrone, Jeanne Dombroski of Dundee; 19 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren; several in-laws, and countless nieces and nephews.
