Kenneth W. Hoke Wayne: Kenneth W. Hoke, age 68, of the town of Wayne, formerly of Dundee, NY died unexpectedly on Sunday March 25, 2012 at home. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday (Mar. 31) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am with Pastor Matthew Pickering officiating. Burial will follow in Beaver Dams Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Barrington Rifle Club c/o Tony DeStephen 1884 Haley Hill Rd. Dundee, NY 14837, or the Grace Lee Memorial Wesleyan Church 2075 Chambers Rd. Beaver Dams, NY 14812. Ken was born March 6, 1944 in Latrobe, PA, the son of the late Harry and Goldie Elliott Hoke. He was a former employee of Ribble's in Penn Yan, Penn Yan Boats, and Transelco in Dresden; he worked most recently for the Town of Wayne. Ken was a dedicated member of Barrington Rifle Club, and the Dundee American Legion Bradley-Jessop Post #660. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching NASCAR. He is loved and will be dearly missed by 4 sons Kenneth Allen (Priscilla) Hoke of New Britain, PA, Robert L. (Heather) Hoke of York Haven, PA, Leslie W. Hoke of Canandaigua, Greg Hoke of Waterloo; a daughter LaRonda J. Leckie of Spring Grove, PA; a sister Belle Isbell of Beaver Dams; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
