Norm's sense of humor and his appreciation of fine work is what I remember about the time when he worked at Wright Built Boats. The last woodie K-boat that he built with my dad is currently in our garage in Colorado.
His mother was a childhood friend of my mother and my first grade teacher. Our family had a lifelong connection with the Willis family.
May Norm now rest in peace.
With prayers and sympathy,
Lynette Wright Myhren

So very sorry to get the news! Will definitely be missed by many people! I don't believe Norm had an enemy in the world and was always prepared to pitch in when needed! I had the pleasure of working with Norm at The Windmill in earlier years and he was an extremely dedicated employee and a wonderful friend! RIP my friend and we will think of you very often!

Norm was a remarkable gentleman especially at the Dundee youth center where I attended from 8th to 12th grade, He had the ability to make you laugh and would play games as well. Norm will be missed greatly.
