Carol J. Rodas Dundee: Carol J. Rodas, age 56, of Dundee, NY died unexpectedly Wednesday July 4, 2018 at Geneva General Hospital, in Geneva, N.Y. Friends are invited to calling hours from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon Friday (July 13) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where a memorial service will be held at 12;00 noon, with Pastor Ron Woudenberg officiating. Inurnment will follow in City Hill Cemetery, Dresden, NY. Carol was born October 15, 1961 in Fulton, NY, the daughter of the late Clifton and Audrey Steurrys Steinruck. On August 28, 1992 in Marion, NY she married the late Richard A. Rodas Sr. who passed away on June 22, 2013. She has lived locally since 2006, previously of Waterloo, where Carol was a former employee of Microtel. She is survived by her daughter Hannah M. (Kenneth) Smith Jr. of Auburn, NY, a son Richard A. Rodas Jr. of Newark, a sister Barb Triplett; and a brother Robert Triplett both of Penn Yan; 2 grandchildren Lily and Blake Harrison; several nieces & nephews; and a loving caregiver Cheryl Johnson with whom she made her home. Besides her paernets and her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter Heather L. Martin of Elmira, on October 2, 2017. Online condolences can be sent by visiting www.bairdfuneralhomedundee.com.
