Nancy and family,
So sorry to hear of Lash's passing. I always enjoyed his and Nancy's company. I so remember him as a square dancer and camper. He always had many interests and was a great asset to whatever he attempted to do. Nancy was always by his side.
Nancy I would love to talk to you. I can be reached thru my email at hondalady@yahoo.com. I have lived in North Florida for 20 years now which is hard for me to believe. Take care and stay safe.

I was 2 years into my career (1 Penn Central .1 Amtrak) when I met Lash . He was tough but excellent teacher. He took me and taught me a tough job (only 2 on our RR) then! He never steered me wrong. Very knowledgeable of the RR . I missed his trips to Philly after he retired . He always checked on me & would occasionally drop off a case of wine from “wine Tastings” in his mountains . He was my mentor. I wish nothing but peace for him ,Nancy and his family .
