Glad I was able to visit my Uncle Don back in November and many times before that. I remember helping cut the grass and cleaning up the house and garage then cooking out on the grill which was one of his favorite things. That and having family around him. I am thankful for his wisdom and wit. He never ran out of stories and teaching moments and was like another grandfather to me and my sister. He was the nicest person you'd ever want to meet but at the same time, you didn't want to make him mad. I feel at ease knowing that he is resting in peace and is back where he belongs by my Aunt Jean's side in Heaven. I found some pictures from my 2019 visit and will psot more once I come across them. I found a picture of Boos as well, his favorite, loving dog!
