I have so many fond memories of Ruth Ann. We grew up about 1 1/2 miles from each other in Clinton, Pa. While listening to music and playing canasta we probably wore out several decks of cards before the age of 12.
At the age of 12, we put away the cards and took up roller skating. During our Jr. High years, the challenge became, "Who could show off the most?", in the middle of the floor at skating rink in Moon Township.
Next was High School when Ruth Ann became a majorette and I a cheerleader. Whether the football games were at home or away we were always there, full of energy.
My sympathy and love goes out to all of Ruth Ann's family and friends.
